Get Involved — Volunteer!

When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved!  Your help is needed!  

  

DEC 11th / DEC 17TH |  CHRISTMAS CANTATA REHEARSAL & PERFORMANCE 

We are seeking teacher assistant volunteers to help during both the rehearsal and performance. See the volunteer link below! In addition we need volunteers for the day of the performance to help set up the reception and decorate.

 

DEC 5/6 & DEC 12/13| Chip Cookies Raising Dough Fundraiser 

 

 

We need volunteers to help confirm and sort/deliver orders! 

 

NOV 21st or 22nd | THANKSGIVING PIE DAY 

 

 

PPA students will be enjoying pie with their class on November 21st/22nd. 

We are looking for volunteers to help pick up, slice, and distribute pies!!!

NOV 22nd | UPPER GRADES THANKSGIVING FEAST

The Upper Grades Thanksgiving potluck celebration is November 22nd! Please consider signing up for 2 items. It will take place during lunchtime on Friday.

Calling All Bakers!

 

We need your help to make our Bake Sale a success!

  • Sign up here if you can assist by baking or providing baked goods.
  • Please package your items individually and label them if they are gluten-free or nut-free.
  • Each family will receive 2 volunteer hours for contributing home-baked goods.
  • Drop-off times for baked goods:
    • Cohort B: October 29th, 8:40–9:15 AM
    • Cohort A & C: October 31st, 8:40–9:15 AM

 

Halloween Teacher Helpers & Clean-up! 

 

We are looking for 2-3 classroom volunteers to help prepare students for the parade. If you'd like to assist, please sign up.  Volunteers must complete a LiveScan, unless we already have one on file.
